What are all these wires? Inquiring minds want to know!!! I won't even begin to go into details, but there are way fewer wires here tonight, and my new cool switches are in place.

All in all it was a totally busy day, and I didn't even touch on the header over the slider in the Laundry Room. Enough is enough, but Daniel and Jose put in a really really really long day.
The side walkway came right off today so that the headers can be exposed and we can finally see what problems their might be with the joists. This is a welcome back for Trent!
Consulting with Jonas Kerosene so that the line to the heater and pump can be taken care of before the siding goes on. All looking good. Heater off and disconnected, line cut...we are on the way.
More surprises in the wall today, this nifty splice hidden in the wall. Going to get it taken care of...but hopefully no more surprises!
And Yanez Roofing started work today. With a forecast of rain this afternoon, I was very happy to see them arrive, though as it turned out, the day cleared and it just got hotter. But the whole roof has a waterproof material down now! Tomorrow they tackle the inset skylight area...I dread that as the skylights come off. Why didn't I think of that coming? Yikes.
