The ladder is in place instead of the stairs, but the stairs are supposed to arrive on Tuesday...Hope so as I want to be here for the install.

Koko rampaging into the yard on our nightly outing managed to whack off a couple of daffodil flower heads...they love floating in a wine glass....
At the end of the day on Friday, the guys brought up the chairs and table even though the deck isn't finished yet...it was wonderful to be able to finally sit down out there in glorious weather.
Todd and Mike loosely wired the puck lights under the deck so I could try them at night. Wowzer! I was totally impressed when I plugged them in on Friday night. The amount of light from those little LEDs was amazing and didn't interfere with the night sky at all.
I finally found a place to hand the beautiful copper mobile that Todd gave me...though the Slynx noticed it right away and slunk right back out of the kitchen when it moved!
For the first time in a very long time I bought hyacinths, and they are really starting to bloom adding their lovely scent to the air.
